Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

We are not responsible for melted candy during hot weather, or if you live in a warm state.

Refund Policy -Deposits & Live Claim Payments

Any deposit made during live claim sales or otherwise is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or final payment is not received. Due to restocking costs and losses incurred from non-payment, all deposits will be forfeited if the remaining balance is not paid by the stated deadline.
